Aldo is a seasoned executive, investor, and board leader with more than three decades of experience spanning corporate strategy, operations, and finance. As President of RimRock Ventures, he has led early-stage investments across technology, consumer products, and specialty retail, serving on the boards of numerous portfolio companies including Hover, TheDrop.com, Little Passports, and Casino Game Maker. He also sits on the board of Glenair, Inc., a global leader in aerospace and defense components.

Mr. Manzini has held senior leadership roles at some of the world’s most recognized brands. As Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of MGM Resorts International, he reported directly to the Chairman and CEO, overseeing corporate strategy, marketing, technology, customer loyalty, and procurement. During nearly 17 years at The Walt Disney Company, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning, driving growth initiatives for Disney’s theme parks, consumer products, and corporate alliances. Earlier in his career, he was a consultant with Bain & Company, where he advised clients on strategy and organizational transformation.

Mr. Manzini holds a BA from Oxford University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
