Kevin is Executive Vice President of the RLB North American practice and the director in charge of the firm locations in Las Vegas, Denver, and Chicago. 

As a 37-year veteran of the construction industry, Kevin is skilled in all facets of new build and renovation projects including cost estimating, project management, lender services and litigation support. Clients rely on Kevin for expert advice related to budget and project scope development; conducting pre-construction project reviews and providing counsel on cost control and risk management for complex developments up to $1B and has experience in the public and private sectors.

In addition to his experience with RLB, Kevin’s formal education as a quantity surveyor paired with more than a decade of prior experience with a general contracting firm equips him with firm understanding of construction methods and materials, managing the costs of building projects from start to finish, looking for the best value for money and making sure each project meets legal and quality standards.
