Most recently, Tony structured a $1.5 billion senior housing development platform with Welltower (NYSE: WELL) and was responsible for conceiving of and consummating the branding deal to fund the Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas, a $1.3 billion ultra-luxury standalone branded property in suburban Las Vegas.
